Nate Riggs is a US Navy Veteran and Broker Co-owner of Someday Homes Realty. He is focused on market knowledge, education, media, and technology. He is also an innovator, educator, and content creator.

Someday Homes Realty is a well known and established full time service real estate brokerage in Jacksonville Beach. Under Nate's leadership, Someday Homes Realty has become one of the most popular brokerages from Jax Beach to Palm Valley and the surrounding areas. 

Nate also owns @nateriggsofficial, a dedicated YouTube network for entertaining lifestyle and real estate shows featuring the team's modern approach to real estate.

Nate and his wife Shawna donate a portion of their income to the local church and schools to help support education and community outreach programs. In addition to their financial contributions, they also volunteer their time to various local organizations and events, such as food drives and neighborhood cleanups. Furthermore, they regularly donate clothes, toys, and other essentials to local shelters to help those in need.
